We have owned our house for seven years during which time we have made many improvements and additions. Our historic neighborhood in Denver, Colorado is a perfect place to raise a child. We are located only eight blocks from a beautiful park and twenty minutes from the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Denver was rated one of "America's 10 Best Places to Grow Up" by US News and World Report and we agree! With 300 days of sunshine a year, we will have a great time with our little one exploring the outdoors and riding bikes as a family.
